2. Services Offered are customized based on client.

3. Booking and Appointments:

  • Clients can book appointments through our online scheduling system or by contacting our calling our  office directly.

  • All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

  • In the event that a client needs to reschedule an appointment, they must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

4. Payment Policy:

  • Payments for all services must be made in full at the time of booking.

  • We accept payments via cash app, Venmo, Zelle, credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.

5. No-Refunds Policy:

  • All payments made for therapy sessions are non-refundable. This includes payments for individual sessions, packages, and any other services offered.

  • In the case of a missed appointment without prior notice (less than 24 hours), the session fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

7. Confidentiality:

  • We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients' information. All personal and therapy session details are kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.

  • Exceptions to confidentiality include situations where there is a risk of harm to the client or others, or as required by law.

  • Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during all interactions with our therapists and staff.

  • Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without a refund.

  • CWBH  is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • While we strive to provide the highest quality therapy services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from therapy sessions.
